Pray the Devil Back to Hell
This Sunday evening a special showing of the award-winning film "Pray the Devil Back to Hell" will anchor a special mission event focusing on Liberia...
Join us for this opportunity to learn more about Liberia in this evening of mission that will begin at 6 pm on Sunday, February 28, at Mentor UMC as the United Methodist Women present a showing of the powerful film “Pray the Devil Back to Hell.”
This award-winning film presents the extraordinary story of a small band of Liberian women -- both Christian and Muslim -- who came together in the midst of a bloody civil war, took on the violent warlords and the corrupt Charles Taylor regime, and won a long-awaited peace for their shattered country in 2003.
The film is not recommended for pre-teen children, but a separate youth presentation about Liberia will be given by Jordan Martin, plus other activities relating to Liberia will be provided for children in K-6th grade. Childcare will be available for younger children.
There is no charge for childcare or the children's program, but please be sure to fill out a registration form.

This event will also feature Lynn Kallay who has just returned from a short-term mission trip to the Camphor Mission Station in Liberia where our missionaries, Rev. Kathy and Dr. Dan Dickriede, are currently serving.
Please plan to join us for this special evening!
