The Listening Church

We will be hosting “The Listening Church“ through Connectional Ministries on August 15th from 2 PM to 4:30 PM. Join with Rev. Luke Edwards and others on Thursday, August 15 from 2:00p.m.-4:30p.m. at Mentor United Methodist Church, 8600 Mentor Ave Mentor Ohio 44067 in the Asbury Room. This 2.5-hour workshop will introduce the concepts and skills of being a Listening Church.  Following the workshop there will be monthly Zoom calls to help deepen and utilize the trainings.  In a culture where not being heard is a major reason for church flight and church/community disconnect, this workshop can be transformative for the local church, the people already within them, and the people they hope to reach with the Good News of Christ.  Learn more and register here.
